FIRST COURSE

TCut the bread into cubes, collect them in a bowl, moisten with warm milk. These are just first steps of the preparation of our canederli (dumplings), a traditional dish that you can try in two different variations, tasty with meat and delicious with cheese. Among our first course meals you can also find strangolapreti (priests strangler), fantastic gnocchi with bread and spinach. Don’t you feel already a little languorous?

Tortel de Patate

On our tables you can find traditional cuisine with the undisputed king, the tortel di patate, the favourite dish of our most loyal guests. We serve it together with platters of variety of salumi (Italian cold cuts), cheese, carne salada (salted meat), or with lucanica (Trenitno sausage). Tortel di patate is the dish that we are proud to present, because prepared with great care and with use of high-quality products coming from our farm.

SECOND COURSE

For food lovers, and especially those passionate about Trentino cuisine we propose a rich menu of second course meals. Among the highlights are platter of a mix grilled meat and a beef steak, often requested by our guests and prepared with care by our chef. On request we also prepare special dishes, such as polenta with crauti served with tender game.

Wines

Farmhouse table would not be complete without a great wine. You will be embarrassed by our choice of wines from the Piana Rotaliana region, among which are Teroldego, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot and famous Rebo of our own production. All good choices to combine with first and second course meals offered by our chef, perfect in taste and aroma.
